Nashville After-Zones Alliance (NAZA) training is set to begin this week. Susan Ragsdale, Cindy Lawrence, Ann Saylor and Louisa Avery have created a 4-hour Introduction to Positive Youth Development training, which is being offered for the first times January 12 and 13th at the Downtown YMCA. All NAZA anchor partner site managers and front-line staff are expected to attend. Participation is also expected for NAZA complementary partners either then or later. Quality Counts Pilot participants may attend as well as others as room allows. NAZA trainings will be open to Nashville youth serving agencies as space allows.
Additional training opportunities in Intro to Assets and Asset Practices will be offered over the course of the next several months along with the Methods Trainings and Assessor Trainings that are part of the QC package.
For more information on the asset training options offered or to set a training for your agency, contact Susan Ragsdale at susan@TheAssetEdge.net. The Intro to Assets training is a no cost training provided courtesy of OJJDP.
