Make a grid with nine squares - each containing one number, numbers 1-9. Let your child go exploring, trying to find the various numbers throughout the building. Everytime he finds one of the numbers, he should make a 'dot' in the corresponding box, so he can determine which number he finds most frequently in the building. He might find numbers on books, clocks, papers, keys, pictures, remote controls, computers... If they use their "looking eyes", it's amazing what things they will find!
